Welcome to the Black Diamond X Rated (“BDXR”) online community (“Community”).

​

Our community exists to encourage healthy conversations surrounding relationships, intimacy, emotional connection, personal growth, wellness, and shared experiences. The purpose of this space is to connect members, exchange supportive insights, and foster respectful peer-to-peer discussions related to the services and values offered by BDXR.

By joining and participating in this Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Membership Guidelines and Terms of Use. These guidelines apply to all members and constitute a binding agreement between you and Black Diamond X Rated.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, uplifting, and safe environment for all members. To preserve a healthy and constructive atmosphere, Black Diamond X Rated reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any member who violates these guidelines.

COMMUNITY RULES

​

All members are expected to follow these standards:

  • Treat all members with kindness, respect, and maturity.

  • Keep discussions constructive, supportive, and relevant to the topic being discussed.

  • Avoid offensive, abusive, vulgar, threatening, discriminatory, or hateful language.

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, personal attacks, or threats of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Do not post nude images, explicit sexual content, graphic material, or content deemed inappropriate for the Community.

  • Respect all races, cultures, religions, backgrounds, genders, and beliefs.

  • Members may not use the Community for spam, scams, excessive self-promotion, advertising, or solicitation of products or services.

  • Do not post false, misleading, defamatory, or intentionally harmful information.

  • Discussions within the Community are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice.

  • Avoid sharing sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or personal information. Content shared within the Community may be viewed, copied, or shared by other members.

  • Do not upload or distribute content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, or other legal protections.

  • Repeated disruptive behavior, trolling, or attempts to create conflict within the Community may result in removal or suspension.

  • Black Diamond X Rated reserves the right to remove, edit, restrict, or delete any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed harmful to the Community environment.​

Participation in the Community is voluntary, and any reliance on information shared within the Community is at your own risk. Black Diamond X Rated assumes no responsibility or liability for the use or misuse of information obtained through the Community.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Black Diamond X Rated does not endorse, recommend, approve, or certify any individual advice, opinions, products, services, businesses, or external resources shared by members within the Community.

Black Diamond X Rated also reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, remove, or archive Community content at its discretion.

ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY POLICIES

AGE REQUIREMENT

​

The Black Diamond X Rated Community is intended for adults only. By joining or participating in the Community, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Any accounts found to be operated by individuals under the age of 18 may be removed without notice.

FAITH, RESPECT & COMMUNITY VALUES

​

Black Diamond X Rated encourages conversations rooted in respect, growth, emotional wellness, spiritual awareness, accountability, love, and healthy connection. While members may come from different backgrounds and beliefs, all members are expected to engage with maturity, compassion, and mutual respect.

We strive to create an environment that promotes positive dialogue, healthy relationships, personal development, and meaningful connection.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

​

For your safety and protection, members should avoid sharing sensitive or personal information within the Community, including but not limited to:

  • Home addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Financial information

  • Passwords or account credentials

  • Government identification information

  • Private relationship matters that could compromise safety or privacy

Black Diamond X Rated is not responsible for information voluntarily shared by members within the Community.

Members are also prohibited from sharing, reposting, or distributing another member’s private information, messages, or content without permission.

ENFORCEMENT POLICY

​

To maintain a respectful and safe environment, Black Diamond X Rated reserves the right to investigate and take action against any behavior that violates these Membership Guidelines.

​

Violations may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Content removal

  • Written warning

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent removal from the Community

  • Restriction of posting privileges

  • Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when necessary

 

All moderation and enforcement decisions made by Black Diamond X Rated are final.

 

 

CONTENT OWNERSHIP & COMMUNITY USE

​

Members retain ownership of the original content they post within the Community. However, by posting content, comments, images, suggestions, or discussions within the Community, you grant Black Diamond X Rated a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute, moderate, and use such content in connection with operating, promoting, or improving the Community and its services.

Members are solely responsible for the content they share and must ensure they have the legal right to post any material submitted to the Community.

Black Diamond X Rated reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these guidelines, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
