Welcome to Black Diamond X Rated’s online community (“Community”)! Black Diamond X Rated’s online communities are presented for the purpose of connecting our members, sharing information, and creating a peer-to-peer blog for the discussion of issues relating to the services we offer.
By joining as a member of our community, you agree that you have read and will follow the rules and guidelines set forth below in this Membership Guidelines.  You also agree to reserve discussions, shared files, and content to suit the purpose of the blog. 
This guideline governs your participation in and use of the blog.  The rules, guidelines set forth below in this membership terms and conditions apply to all members of the community and constitute a binding, legal agreement between you and Black Diamond X Rated.

Rules

Members must adhere to the following guidelines:
•    Be nice to other members! We are all here to learn and help each other so please be kind and respect other members.
•    Endeavor to stay on-topic. If your contributions differ from the original post/thread – please feel free to open a new post and talk about it there.
•    No offensive language towards another member, no cursing, no swearwords, no foul words, and no profanity.
•    Do not threaten other members, no prejudiced/prejudicial comments, or hate speech.
•    No nude photographs or other content that is not appropriate for our community.
•    Members are prohibited from posting commercial messages or promotions, advertising, or selling goods or services.
•    Discussion topics are not to be relied on as specific advice, and such responses are not intended to constitute practice guidelines or advice.
•    Your contributions should be helpful and informative, avoid negative and hurtful comments towards and member’s questions or ideas
•    We have zero tolerance for abuses. This includes hate speech, personal attacks, negative comments or racial slur, sexual orientation or gender, or threats to a member’s safety.
•    The contributions and Information you post on the community will not be treated as confidential and, therefore, should not disclose any sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information. Any information you post to the community may be copied, reproduced, and disseminated by other members without your knowledge
•    Scams or spamming of threads or posts will not be tolerated.
•    Do not infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
•    We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines
•    To keep blog discussions on topic and share the best advice, we reserve the right to remove posts.
