By placing an order through our website, you consent to be bound by this shipping policy and other legal pages appearing anywhere on www.blackdiamondxrated.com.

Your placing of order is subject to our acceptance of the offer. We will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to notify you if your order was approved or rejected.

We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you in any given situation.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer several shipping methods, our main carrier is USPS; you may be asked to select a shipping method and the associated shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
​
Please note that dropship items are shipped by our international product providers which sometimes may require additional charges and duties.
​
Order Processing Time
​
All orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. Delivery time may range from 3-10 business days.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
​
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
​
Due to security restrictions, the USPS is the only carrier that can deliver mail and packages to APO/FPO/DPO locations. While carriers such as UPS and FedEx offer delivery to countries where military personnel may be stationed, such private carriers won’t be able to deliver directly to a military base in that country.

We ship to P.O. boxes and military bases using USPS if you live within the United States.

International Orders
​
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order
​
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
