We primarily ship using:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

In some cases, additional carriers or third-party fulfillment partners may be used depending on product type, availability, or destination.

 

3. Shipping Costs

We do not guarantee delivery dates.

6. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incorrect address information

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

 

7. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (via USPS)

  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses (via USPS)

Some carriers do not deliver to these locations; however, USPS will be used where applicable.

 

8. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select locations.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Brokerage fees or local charges

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not control or estimate these fees in advance.

 

9. Dropshipping & Third-Party Fulfillment

11. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Arrives damaged

12. Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Around your delivery location

  • With neighbors or household members

  • With your local carrier office

Black Diamond X Rated LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will provide reasonable assistance in filing a claim where applicable.
