RETURN WINDOW (7 DAYS)
We accept returns of unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging, with all tags attached, within 7 days of delivery.
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery are not eligible.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), it is in their custody.
If your package arrives damaged due to transit handling, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
However, if you need assistance or guidance, our support team is always available to help you through the process.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
