Return & Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns of unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging and tags for a refund if returns are made within 3 days of product delivery.
We do not allow exchanges. Kindly return any unwanted items and place new orders for replacements.
Customers are responsible for arranging shipment back to our fulfillment center, including the payment of shipping charges.
- WHAT TO DO:
If you received any item that is defective or incorrect, please contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org for a resolution before returning the item back to us. Providing photos of the defective item are always helpful.
If you received item that is damaged as a result of shipping company handling, kindly contact the support of the respective shipping company for a resolution. All our items are handed over to the shipping company in excellent condition.
We only accept return of goods in new condition: unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and without any modification to the item or packaging.
Items are to be packaged in a secure box with sufficient cushioning to ensure they arrive to us in good condition.
Please ensure to ship back to us with a trackable shipping means such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. All returns must be shipped. We have no public access.
You will be responsible for shipping charges. USPS is generally cheaper for boxes under 5 lbs. UPS or FedEx may be cheaper for heavier packages.
Ensure you include a copy of your invoice with the items to be returned, highlighting the items you are returning.
The purchase cost of the merchandise you returned (your original purchase price excluding shipping charges) will be credited to the original payment method used while purchasing within one week of receipt. Funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your payment account, depending on your bank.
All purchases made through PayPal cannot be refunded to your account after 45 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items with defects or are incorrect can be replaced with similar item upon return and approval. In some cases, we will issue you a store credit to make another purchase of equal value.
- UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
We do not accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions. This includes returns made after 3 days of product delivery, returns packaged in a way that doesn't protect the item, return of items that were used or are not in their original unaltered packaging, and return of items without prior notification to us. If we receive an unauthorized return, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to have it sent back.

You will be refunded if ordered item is out of stock
- NO REFUND TERMS
We do not refund shipping fees.
We do not issue refund if products were damaged while in transit. In this case, you should contact the delivery company.
Always ensure your address is correct as we do not refund for missing items.
